Any return carriage charges will be at the customers cost in the first instance. On inspection, should a product be found to be faulty, then the return carriage costs will be reimbursed.
We will gladly exchange products for "non-fault" reasons, but you will be liable for all subsequent carriage charges.
Goods will normally be dispatched to the customer within 2 to 5 working days but in exceptional circumstances, please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
This site is designed predominately for viewing in the UK and if customers wish to purchase from outside the UK they may do so but they are liable for all carriage costs and freight lost in transit. All payments other than credit card must be in UK Sterling. |
